Prepare and maintain monthly payroll accurately for all employees
Maintain attendance, leave records, and salary calculations
Handle HR documentation, employee files, and compliance requirements
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks
Support management with HR reports and payroll policies
Ensure compliance with Fiji labor law
