∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for maintaining new employee's recruitment process, prepare personal files and update in software.
∎ Screen resumes and job applications
∎ Complete new joining formalities, Prepare employee & New Employee ID cards.
∎ Worker File management, Transfer, Resign, Termination, Retrenchment, Promotion, Disciplinary Action, Grievance Resolution, Absent Counseling, etc.
∎ Organize and provide training for the development of employees.
∎ Maintain daily attendance, leave and overtime records of employees through HRIS.
∎ Assist Payroll daily by providing various data of worker and staff.
∎ Input data in HRIS regarding sourcing candidate, recruitment, training, salary fixation, confirmation and annual assessment of workers and staffs.
∎ Assist Line Manager in assessing of training needs, in-house skill base training programs, orientation programs, etc.
∎ Prepare final settlement bill, maternity benefit bill, Tiffin, Night & Holiday bill and send to management for approval and disburse bills among staffs and workers.
∎ To prepare Tiffin list, holiday bill and send to management for approval and disburse bills among staffs and workers.
∎ Conduct onboarding orientation of worker and staff.
∎ Maintain disciplinary procedure and handle worker and staff grievance and motivate them.
∎ Organize worker and staff performance reviews.
∎ Any other tasks given by line manager.
∎ Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
∎ Check Floor and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
∎ Establish and educate the team on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
∎ Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
∎ Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves and all the PPE of cleaners.
∎ Conduct Participate in large cleaning in the factory as required
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Good Communication Skills.
∎ Basic computer skills, so that they will already be familiar with the basic job functions once they start work.
∎ Should have good negotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
∎ Should also know the basic local employment guidelines, especially those related to workplace safety and health issues. In addition, (s) he often has to represent the organization in negotiations with external agencies.
