Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all hiring needs for Rider, Operator, Loader, etc.
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Kormo/Bdjobs/Facebook.
∎ Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment.
∎ Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and soft skills.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify NID, certificates, and others documents.
∎ Prepare onboarding and training material for all new and existing Riders, Operators, Loader, etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all Rider, Operator, Loader, etc.
∎ Continuously sourcing CV for Rider, Operator, Loader, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have to be Local (JOYDEVPUR/SHAFIPUR/NARAYANGANJ/OLD DHAKA)
∎ Technical Know-how about Facebook, Linkedin, Telegram, and other job portals job posting.
∎ Must have CV or database of Rider/Delivery Man.
∎ Better understanding of rider's Marketplace.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Specially in Microsoft Excel.
