Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update employee personnel file.
∎ Assist Manager HR for recruitment and selection process and criteria.
∎ Update Manager, HR for Employee, Transfer, employee contract review/ end, confirmation, renew/ appraisal / promotion/ end etc.
∎ Check the final settlement paper of resign employees as per regulations and prepare papers for last payment/ security payment.
∎ Prepare the release letter / experience letter/acceptance letter/ Offer letter/ contract letter for the employees.
∎ Maintain and check compliance of l Leave of Absence, LWP status, attendance, sick leave and others with Admin Assistant of front desk.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must Have experience: HR Operations, HR Policy, HR Service, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ Experience in Local/ National/ INGO will get preferences
∎ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in working in talent acquisition, employee performance evaluation and HRIS will get preference .
∎ Well Conversant in IT based HR System and Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and amendments.
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and Microsoft 365.
∎ Strong technical skills required along with independent thinking, problem solving, HR software related experience will get preference.
∎ Age 27
