Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, preferably within an educational institution.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of HR software or digital tools will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.


Responsibilities & Context:

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff attendance and leave records in the HR system.
  • Process absence details and generate analytical reports for effective leave management.
  • Conduct return-to-work meetings following employee absences.

Payroll & Contract Administration

  • Process payroll and leave forms accurately within stipulated deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Finance Department of Daffodil Family to resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain and update staff contracts and role information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate job postings for DIS vacancies across internal and external platforms.
  • Manage the shortlisting process, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer/appointment letter preparation.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new staff members.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safeguarding and compliance requirements during recruitment and employment.

General HR Operations

  • Maintain confidential employee records, including personal files and training documentation.
  • Provide administrative support in disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
  • Assist with HR initiatives, events, and other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, institutional policies, and occupational health and safety standards.
