• Additional certifications in Educational Leadership, Administration, or Curriculum Development will be considered an added advantage.

• Minimum 7 years of teaching experience in reputed English medium institutions, including 1–2 years of leadership or coordinatorship experience at either the Primary or Senior level.

• Proven expertise in the Cambridge Curriculum, with comprehensive understanding of curriculum frameworks, subject strands, lesson planning, academic supervision, and classroom pedagogy.

• Strong knowledge of IGCSE and IAL programs, along with the ability to manage academic operations, events, and student activities effectively.

• Must have undergone pedagogical and professional development training, with Cambridge or Montessori exposure preferred.

• Demonstrated skills in policy implementation, stakeholder communication, faculty development, marketing, and automation initiatives.

• Experience in student discipline management, performance evaluation, and co-curricular program coordination.

• Capable of assisting the Principal in budgeting, faculty allocation, resource management, and institutional planning.

• Experience with Duke of Edinburgh programs and British Council venue management will be an added advantage.

• Must possess visionary leadership, integrity, empathy, and a growth-oriented mindset aligned with the institution’s mission and values.

Job Summary

• Daffodil International School (English Medium) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice Principal to provide academic and administrative leadership aligned with the Cambridge curriculum. The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in teaching and learning, strengthen faculty development, uphold institutional discipline, and promote an engaging and inclusive learning environment. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to implement strategic plans, maintain academic quality, and foster continuous improvement across the institution.
