Responsibilities & Context:
Teach Biology to students following the Cambridge O Level (IGCSE) curriculum, ensuring effective delivery of syllabus content and preparation for examinations.
Develop and implement lesson plans, class activities, assessments, and mock examinations in alignment with the academic standards of the institution.
Apply exam-oriented teaching strategies to support students in achieving strong academic performance in Biology.
Maintain effective classroom management and create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and understanding.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and support students in improving their academic performance.
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school authorities regarding academic progress and classroom activities.
Perform other academic duties assigned by the school management, including teaching Biology or other related subjects to students of different grades when required.
