∎ Demonstrated leadership experience in English Medium School and abilities to oversee and coordinate academic activities within the sections.
∎ Effective management skills to support and guide teachers in curriculum implementation and student development.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of Edexcel curriculum frameworks and assessment practices relevant to early childhood and primary education.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents & teachers.
∎ Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends and practices.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality as per school policies.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to resolve issues and improve educational outcomes.
∎ Proficiency in using educational technology in online & offline and software for administrative and instructional purposes.
∎ The applicants should have experience in IT, Social Media, Email, MS Words, & MS Powerpoint
∎ Should have pleasant Personality
∎ Self-motivated & self-driven
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be decent, gentle, social in communication and free from any smoking or drug addiction.
∎ Commitment to continuing the job for at least 3 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and oversee daily academic and administrative operations
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to teachers in curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and assessment practices.
∎ Ensure alignment of teaching strategies and learning outcomes with educational standards and school policies.
∎ Monitor student progress, academic performance, and behavioral development through regular assessments and evaluations.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the holistic development of students.
∎ Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administration to address student needs, concerns, and achievements.
∎ Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Support professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their instructional skills and knowledge.
∎ Implement and enforce school policies related to student conduct, safety, and well-being.
