Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to make recruitment and selection plan and execute it with recruitment
∎ Ensure proper field training and evaluation of short-listed candidate.
∎ Oversee employee file preparations and updating in line with Service team. (physically and in HRIS).
∎ Update recruitment status on regular basis and provide reports as and when required to HRBP.
∎ Coordinate for Internal/external training based on training plan.
∎ Conduct induction for new joiners (Ninety Days).
∎ Maintain all training data and analytics. Monthly update to be sent to CDP (L&D) team & HRBP.
∎ Assist HRBP in development tasks and employer branding.
∎ Prepare report on Sales performance as per requirements and share with HRBP & OD team.
∎ Ensure 3 months evaluation & 6 months performance review and prepare/issue confirmation letters.
∎ Assist in annual performance evaluation process.
∎ Deal disciplinary actions and assists service team for issuing concern letters.
∎ Ensure all employee logistics through HR service and sales admin team.
∎ Participate in EONs values system and ensure in each activity.
∎ Assist (Business Head)/HRBP for preparing BSC with data.
∎ Take minutes of meetings which are organized by HR and circulated accordingly.
∎ Handle Initial grievances of sales and PMD team.
∎ Conduct exit interview and ensure timely full and final settlement.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
