Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM will add an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Follow up and deadline, Stakeholder Management, Target Oriented

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the HR role in the Recruitment process, and provide all due support to recruitment and induction. Ensure there is an induction process embedded in the “onboarding” of every new employee.
∎ Plan, develop, and implement recruitment and selection strategies, job advertisements following department requirements and Cross World business, and post in newspapers, job sites, and recruitment agencies as needed and within the deadline.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management of HR strategies and issues, showing, where necessary, actions emanating from those reports.
∎ Coordinate and manage all employee/business-related events and training courses. Ensure that skills and personnel requirements are being met across the organization with appropriate recruitment and training, always within budgeted levels.
∎ Assist in Planning, developing and implementing Cross World HR Strategy for HR management and development.
∎ Assist in formulating HR Policies and ensure that the policies are followed in compliance with norms of local practices.
∎ Assist planning, development and Manpower Planning and successors planning for further development.
∎ Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
∎ Plan & develop Training budgets.
∎ Identify, select, and manage internal, external and overseas training and accreditation bodies and agencies and provide necessary things to deliver required training to appropriate standards deemed fit to the Cross World business. Organize training venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance in coordination with the Administration department.
∎ Assist in planning, developing, and coordinating annual performance reviews and communicating with the Department Head on time.
∎ Always be informed and updated on the skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate.
∎ Update Job Description (JD) of all employees as & when changes are made.
∎ Employee communication on new employees joining, outstanding performers, and various issues based on importance and contents at different times.
∎ Any other assignment by top management.
