Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM/Management. PGDHRM will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to formulate & implement different types of policy for efficient and effective operation.
∎ Responsible to assess total man power requirement in consultation with the various Section/Department heads;
∎ Have to Develop & update manpower planning;
∎ Have to Oversee the recruitment, selection, promotion, Transfer, Disciplinary Action Procedure and separation procedure of all employees;
∎ Responsible to organize Performance Appraisal Board based on their joining date.
∎ Responsible to establish the automation of HR Operation.
∎ Maintain all disciplinary action related documents & provide regular and periodical report.
∎ To implement and monitor the HR plan and policies and provide full and professional HR services in the company.
∎ Prepare plan and implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the company policy and procedure.
∎ Advise and guide the head of HR and other managers of the organizational, employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling issues.
∎ Ensure maintenance of effective HR information system in the company.
∎ Will accomplish any other job assigned by the management as and when basis.

∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
