∎ We are hiring - HR Manager in the roles Salary/HR Specialist and Talent Acquisition!
∎ As an important step in Hifab`s continued growth and success, we are now looking for an HR Manager to develop HR, talent acquisition and communication functions in our Hifab Bangladesh Branch Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a salary and HR Specialist, your role will be broad and includes responsibility for the entire payroll process of our Dhaka based branch office, salaries, covering both permanent and project-based employees. Your duties also include managing and maintaining our various contracts. managing of year-end - and control tasks, assigning holiday tasks year-end tasks, etc. You will support and guide our international project experts with issues, such as insurance, benefits, onboarding and offboarding. You will manage system updates and carry out in-house training for permanent as well as project staff, in cooperation with the project management department. You will be in personal contact with and support the HR department in our Stockholm Head Office.
∎ Hifab's core operation is project management and engineering in the infrastructure and construction industry and a large part of your role as a Talent Acquisition Partner will be to find new talented experts for Hifab's various ongoing and future projects. You will attend management meetings where we hope you can both contribute ideas from your personal experience and coach us in issues related to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. You will be responsible for developing training for our permanent staff and offer other employee support. Your responsibility will not only be to proactively seek out, contact and attract new colleagues, but to also coordinate, improve and develop our recruitment processes.
∎ The variety of tasks does not end there. The role also includes responsibility for our employer brand, onboarding, and running Hifab's mentor programme.
Additional Requirements:

∎ You have a relevant university education
∎ You have several years of experience in payroll administration and is confident in independently and responsibly planning and managing the entire payroll process
∎ You have experience of working in a recognised salary system
∎ You have an interest in systems and can manage file transfers, system updates and flows between different systems
∎ You have good knowledge of Excel
∎ You have previous experience of recruitment, search and headhunting with LinkedIn as a tool, preferably with Recruiter
∎ You are up to date on the latest methods and trends to find the right skills
∎ It is an advantage if you have experience of recruitment in the infrastructure, construction, and consultancy industry
∎ You have the ability to work efficiently and can handle time frames
∎ You are good at communicating and formulating yourself in speech and writing in English.

Hifab in Bangladesh
Hifab International is celebrating its 30 years presence in Bangladesh. Hifab`s involvement in Bangladesh began in 1987 with the Rural Employment Sector Programme (RESP) project. Hifab became one of the first consulting companies working with Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) on projects not only aiming at delivering physical output, but rather considering the whole spectra of participants in a development process and the social impact of the development efforts. Since then Hifab International has had a continuous presence in the country and has thus gained an experience and understanding of Bangladesh and its society second to none.
