Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager overall Recruitment Process.
∎ Plan and organize department wise HR policy.
∎ Prepare SOP for different management system, i.e. performance improvement.
∎ Prepare presentations and reports for management.
∎ Prepare KPI reports by weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly as required.
∎ Maintenance of assigned PCF (Personal and Confidential Files) and recruitment files.
∎ Issue ID card & Visiting card.
∎ Verify the manpower requirement of various dept. with approved/ proposed organogram.
∎ Prepare candidate profile summary for shortlisted applicants.
∎ Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
∎ Policy development and documentation.
∎ Have to work independently.
∎ Make the proper job description for all employees.
∎ Monitor working condition of the employees and propose improvement areas to management.
∎ Compensation and benefits administration (Payroll, Bonus and other benefits).
∎ Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must Field: Must have the working experience in a Garments Buying House/ Sourcing House/ Garments Factory as a HR Manager.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Fully conversant with Labor Laws applicable in Bangladesh.
∎ Effective communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and E-mail Reporting).
∎ Mentality to work extra hours as per requirement.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
