  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Highly organized, confidential, and proactive in resolving HR issues.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.

  • Prior experience in a recruitment and training agency is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of labor laws, ERP systems, Sales strategies and techniques and behavioral science.

  • Familiarity with BMET and Ministry documentation processes is a strong plus.



Responsibilities & Context:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.

  • Manage Recruitment training and evaluation.

  • Manage employee records, payroll coordination, leave, and attendance.

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with legal requirements.

  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and conflict management.

  • Plan and execute performance evaluations, staff training, and development programs.

  • Assist in manpower planning and departmental HR coordination.

  • Maintain documentation for audits and HR compliance reporting.

Secretariat Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, arrange meetings, and draft professional correspondence.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

  • Coordinate with BMET and Ministry for file submission, approval, and follow-up.

  • Maintain confidential files, agency documents, and communication logs.

  • Handle travel plans, internal scheduling, and logistics for Managing Director

  • Act as a communication bridge between management and departments/government offices.

  • Assist in organizing company events, inspections, or audits.
