Responsibilities & Context:

HR Intern Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates under HR supervision.

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.

  • Prepare and organize onboarding documents for new hires.

  • Help conduct orientation sessions for new employees.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee databases and HR files.

  • Assist in filing and organizing employee contracts, appraisal records, and leave records.

  • Ensure all HR documents comply with company policies.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities or events.

  • Help in preparing internal newsletters or announcements.

  • Support HR in addressing basic employee queries.

4. Learning & Development

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions or workshops.

  • Maintain training attendance records.

  • Support HR in preparing training materials.

7. General HR Administrative Tasks

  • Answer phones, emails, or HR helpdesk queries.

  • Assist in office administration tasks related to HR.

  • Support HR team in any ad hoc tasks as required.
