Skills Required:

  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience

  • Sound knowledge of HR operations and Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; HR software experience will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Tele Tell Communications, a reputed organization in Telecom, Infrastructural Development, Roads & Highways, and Military Acquisitions, is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end- to - end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedure and best practice.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

  • Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation.

  • Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Ensure work place safety, security, and compliance with company policies.

  • Maintain company records, Legal documents and administrative reports.

  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking and leave management.

  • Ensure accurate salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance

  • Prepare HR and admin reports for senior management

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.

  • Trace HR analytics such as attrition, hiring trends, and performance metrics.
