Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in airline ticketing & reservations.

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Sabre GDS.

  • Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules, IATA regulations, and BSP processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English; strong customer service mindset.

  • High attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.



Responsibilities & Context:

Tele Tell Communications is inviting applications for the position of Tickets & Reservations Executive to support its sister concern Rupsha Air Services Pvt. Ltd. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with hands-on GDS (Sabre) expertise, strong knowledge of IATA/BSP processes, and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth and compliant ticketing and reservation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight reservations, bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Issue, reissue, and endorse tickets in line with airline rules and regulations.
  • Provide fare quotations, route options, and practical travel solutions to customers.
  • Assist customers with visa requirements and other travel-related services when necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Coordinate with airlines and the Sabre GDS for booking and ticketing processes.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of reservations and sales reports.
  • Monitor pending bookings and follow up with clients to confirm and secure reservations.
  • Maintain and update the IATA portal to ensure accurate ticketing authority, BSP link, and compliance.
  • Monitor IATA portal activities including sales reports, remittances, and settlements.
  • Prepare and generate IATA BSP billing reports accurately and on time.
  • Create and deliver presentations when required.
  • Maintain and update Excel records for IATA BSP billing and settlements.
  • Manage and maintain physical and digital files in an organized and secure manner.
