∎ We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as HR Executive. Based on HR executive job description one is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities like managing payroll, handling attendance, advertising job openings, creating job descriptions, orientation, and so on.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process that include job advertisement, CV screening, IQ test, value test and exit interview.
∎ Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check, and verify identity before confirming employment of the candidate.
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees.
∎ Develop and execute a survey system of the satisfaction level of employees.
∎ Prepare yearly increments, promotion letters and letters for appreciation and improvement of employees’ performance.
∎ Support for preparation of any kind of payment sheet (salary & wages, allowance & OT, Bonus, advance, ETF encasement etc.).
∎ Support the Line Manager in Policy formulation.
∎ Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee.
∎ Maintaining and update HR software.
∎ Update internal databases with new hire information on HR software.
∎ Preparing and drafting various types of HR related letters and notices.
∎ Assist new employee to prepare their bank account.
∎ Provide ID card, and appointment letter to the employee in a timely manner.
∎ Handling the orientation of new employees.
∎ Assist employee performance appraisal.
∎ Keep record of necessary documents, and update personal files.
∎ Has to perform day-to-day HR operations as well as periodical and special assignments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS software.
∎ Good prioritizing and multitasking ability.
∎ Knowledge of Labor Law as well as other applicable rules & regulations.
∎ Able to work as a teammate of a team of Human Resources Professionals.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in both Bengali & English.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
