∎ Academic Qualification:
∎ A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
∎ Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ 2 to 5 years of Experience in human resources, preferably in a Business Partnering role or HR Generalist role, is usually required. ·
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. The ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization is critical.
∎ The ability to analyse data and identify trends is important for an Assistant HR Business Partner. This person should be comfortable working with data and be able to use it to make informed decisions.
∎ The ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders is important for success in this role. This person should be approachable, empathetic, and able to work collaboratively.
∎ Familiarity with Bangladesh Labor Law is important for this role. This person should be able to advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
∎ Should be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Purpose:

∎ The HR Business Partner assists the Line Manager with the implementation and execution of HR initiatives throughout the organization. This involves supporting talent management, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and recruiting initiatives to help drive the organization's people strategy. They must be able to evaluate data, provide insights, and offer suggestions to enhance HR procedures. The HR Business Partner also takes the lead on HR initiatives on their own, such as employee engagement and training programs.

∎ Job Responsibilities:

∎ Business Partnership: Work together with the Line Manager and Cooperate with business leaders to comprehend the requirements and aims of the business. Acquire extensive comprehension of the division and pinpoint HR resolutions that complement the objectives.
∎ Talent Management: Support the Line Manager in developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and development.
∎ Employee Development: You will work on L&D to develop and implement employee development programs that align with the division’s goals and objectives.
∎ Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment and hiring of exceptional candidates by developing job descriptions, conducting initial candidate evaluations, coordinating interview arrangements, supporting employee onboarding, and facilitating initial business orientation.
∎ HR Operations: Provide support to Line Manager in delivering HR operations to the business. This includes supporting the administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures. You will also provide support in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
∎ Employee Relations: Partner with the Line Manager to foster constructive employee relationships by resolving employee issues, mitigating conflicts, and enforcing adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
∎ Stakeholder Management: You will develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in the business, including managers and employees. You will work closely with these stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support in delivering HR solutions that meet those needs.
∎ Data Analytics: Assist in the analysis of HR data and provide insights and other key stakeholders to support data-driven decision making. Provide data insights on metrics such as employee engagement & experience, retention, turnover to ensure that the HR strategy is aligned with the business goals.
∎ Change Management: You will work closely with the other stakeholders to manage change initiatives within the business. You will support the development and execution of change management plans and provide support in the areas of communication, training, and stakeholder management.
∎ Project Management: You will be responsible for managing HR projects. This includes developing project plans and managing project timelines and budgets.
∎ HR Compliance: You will assist in ensuring compliance with all HR-related policies and guidelines.
