Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement customer lifecycle plans to attract, engage, retain, and win back pay bill customers.
∎ Plan and execute targeted campaigns to achieve business objectives, including acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial internal, Technology, Finance etc.) to define campaign objectives, target audience, and channel mix.
∎ Create and optimize campaign assets based on separate cohorts - including content, communication, ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
∎ Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze key metrics, and figure out actionable insights to optimize results.
∎ Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to improve performance and ROI.
∎ Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to personalize messaging and drive relevant customer experiences.
∎ Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
∎ KPI tracking based on the target, identify & suggest relevant initiatives.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for dynamic and results oriented UBP Growth initiatives and campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing and executing communication and micro campaign plans, analysis, growth plans and marketing campaigns to drive business and onboard new customers.
