Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA with specialization in HR or Organization Behavior from Reputed Institutes.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Policy, HRBP, Human Resources & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partnering select Emerging Cos through their BU Heads in all developmental HR.
∎ Influencing the BU Heads and their leadership team in driving HR initiatives.
∎ Develop a well thought out HR Road map for respective emerging cos.
∎ Implement PMS/KRAs system - in line with the Group framework.
∎ Periodic review of Organization Structure, Headcount needs.
∎ Develop & Implement Talent development plans - induction, training.
∎ Timely adherence to Group guidelines on Increments/Incentives.
∎ Active role along with Business Heads in establishing a high performance culture.
∎ Ensure employee engagement - structured communications & fun at work!

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge and appreciation of Business.
∎ Domain knowledge in Developmental HR.
∎ Relationship Building - peers, team, associates.
∎ Global outlook, sensitivity to local culture.
∎ High Execution / Project Management skills.
