Job context
GK is one of the key actors serving the well-being of Rohingya refugees living in the camps in Cox`s Bazar and Bhasanchar. who have access to health and nutrition services to ensure their improved health and nutrition status. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Integrated Health & Nutrition project HR and administrative affairs, related documentation tasks, and support daily activities under the project HR lead.
JOB REQUIREMENTS·
Ensure recruitment & selection through job advertisements, screening job applications, interview scheduling, interviewing, selecting candidates, salary negotiation, reference check, and confirming the process of job offering an appointment with an appropriate deadline.
Ensure proper compliance in the recruitment and selection process.·
Work closely with the program about JD development, update the JD, store it for present demand, share this with employees, and provide answers to necessary queries in this regard.
Maintain onboarding tracker and reporting and provide necessary feedback to Sr. HR officer/HR Officer.
Ensure proper documentation is followed in the recruitment process, and get the necessary approval.
To ensure proper and effective onboarding process for national staff.·
Make sure that employees’ files are auditable at all times as per GK’s standards and any relevant donors’ requirements.
Maintain Recruitment Process Paper as well as Proper Database.
Ensuring GK’s recruitment compliance, procedures, and policies.
Orient new staff on key procedures and policies·
Maintain, retain, and coordinate effective communication practices with all employees, arrange interviews, and solve any problems that may arise·
Prepare HR documentation for new recruitments and ensure all necessary documents are in place·
Prepare appointment/offer letters, schedule interviews, and support information and communication on recruitments in the office·
Knowledgeable about national and international labor laws
Support Sr. HR Officer/HR Officer with documentation of the administration aspects of the company is being regulated strictly in a systematic manner·
Leave Management of all project-based staff.
Maintain Time Sheets of all project-based staff.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions.
Maintain separation/existing process of all project-based staff·
Carry out other necessary administrative tasks as deemed important by the organization.
Respond to employee-related queries and provide services to all HR-related inquiries and requests.
