  • 4+ years of core HR and administrative experience, preferably in a buying house, RMG, MnC, Telco, or Reputed startups.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.



Responsibilities & Context:

JOB CONTEXT:
A reputed buying house based in Dhaka is seeking an experienced & motivated HR & Admin professional. The role is ideal for someone who has successfully worked in fast-paced & structured environments like RMG, MnC, Telco Companies or Reputed Startups. You’ll be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions while ensuring a productive & legally compliant office environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

  • Assist in workforce planning, performance evaluations, and career development programs.

  • Handle employee grievances, disputes, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintain records related to employee benefits, bonuses, and incentives.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and efficiency.

  • Work with department heads to identify training needs and organize workshops.

  • Maintain training records and track employee progress.

Compliance & Legal Affairs

  • Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, safety regulations, and corporate policies

  • Coordinate audits and compliance reviews for HR and administrative functions.

  • Manage contracts, visas, and work permits for employees when necessary.

Office Administration & Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility management.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event planning.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Organize team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and celebrations.

  • Implement employee wellness and health programs.

  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work culture.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and administrative reports for management.

  • Maintain confidentiality in handling HR documents and employee records.

  • Support management with strategic HR planning and decision-making.
