Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job responsibilities
∎ (HR)
∎ Formulate a human resource plan & HR Process, Recruitment, Training, Promotion, and development of the organization.
∎ Job posting at Bdjobs platform & most social media.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
∎ Determining the scope of work of the employees to the institutional facilities and benefits of the employees which they get from the organization.
∎ Oversees the daily workflow of the department & Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
∎ Responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, meeting preparation and ensuring appropriate distribution of meeting materials.
∎ Creating personnel folders for new hires.
∎ Manage schedules, deadlines, Planning, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
∎ Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by the Top Management.
∎ Communicate & manage office security, support staff & office building management.
∎ (Admin)
∎ Timely renewal of various license agreements and certificates.
∎ To supervise whether all the rules and regulations of the company are properly followed.
∎ Ensuring housekeeping management & Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Ensuring proper use of resources such as electricity, water, gas, etc.
∎ Transport management.
∎ Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports.
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
∎ Monitoring and projecting staffing needs.
∎ Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
∎ Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails.
∎ Must be able to use: Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel & Word

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Strong Knowledge on Microsoft Excel and G-Suit (Google Drive, Sheets, Forms, Docs)
