Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Proven experience as an HR and Admin Manager or a similar role, preferably in a Bangladeshi company.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
∎ Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
∎ Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
∎ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Ethical and trustworthy conduct, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with the company's strategic objectives.
∎ Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
∎ Plan and execute effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
∎ Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
∎ Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
∎ Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
∎ Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, insurance, and leave management.
∎ Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing advice to management.
∎ Oversee general office administration, including facilities management, maintenance, and repairs.
∎ Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services.
∎ Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and company assets.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative activities.
∎ Manage travel arrangements and logistics for employees, as required.
∎ Support the organization in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and local statutory requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit reports related to HR and administrative activities as required by management or regulatory bodies.
∎ Conduct internal audits to identify and address compliance issues.
∎ Monitor and maintain employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
∎ Supervise and provide guidance to HR and administrative staff.
∎ Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
∎ Identify training and development needs of the team and coordinate appropriate interventions.
