Job Responsibilities:
∎ The focus of this position will be Administrative and based on their expertise they will receive specific ToRs which includes, but are not limited to:

∎ Provide HR and administrative support to all staff
∎ Translating documents into local language
∎ Ensure HR documents are kept current
∎ Maintaining the different types of HR files and staff lists
∎ Coordinate all internal and external training session
∎ Lead all aspects of recruitment
∎ Print and Distribute pay slips for national staff
∎ Any other administrative tasks, as delegated

Additional Requirements:
∎ The main criteria used in the selection of the HR Admin Assistant are the following:
∎ previous working experience in similar position, ideally in INGO
∎ Excellent level of English and Bangla skills are required for writing, typing and speaking. English Language proficiency especially local dialog (Chittagonian) will be tested.
∎ Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) essential
∎ Should have knowledge on humanitarian principals
∎ Communicating with FLAT, program team, organizing and taking minutes of meetings.
∎ Skills required: Results orientated, teamwork, flexible, commitment, stress management, high level of confidentiality, problem solving skills, ability to organize & priorities workload independently, using initiative when appropriate, and ability to act as part of multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team.
∎ The incumbent should be organized, discreet, and people oriented. Possess strong smart personality.

Salary:
∎ Salaries will be based on qualifications and experience with a range between BDT 51,700-56,500 per month.
