Job Responsibilities:
∎ Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for creating a schedule every day for cleaning whole premises;
∎ Monitoring of dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, curtains, kitchen cleaning as well as running of dishwasher and putting dishes away etc.
∎ Guide use proper cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces in accordance.
∎ Inspect Rooms and Common Areas for Cleanliness.
∎ Handling & arrange troubleshooting of all electric & electronics appliances, furniture and other appliances carefully.
∎ Make sure areas are 100% tidy, clean and organized.
∎ Having a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an obsession with cleanliness.
∎ Training new staff on the residents’ specific standards and policies.
∎ Give Reports to Management as and when required.
∎ Any other task assigns by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Good Communication Skills in English will be in advantage.
∎ Good Knowledge on cleaning materials.
∎ Must have the mindset to work at a Residential House.
Salary: Negotiable
