Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01. Supervises coordinate and participates in all activities related to accounting and controlling cost of food beverages and general supplies used in the hotel.02. Supervises daily inventory of perishables.03. Reviews purchase orders & voucher for food beverage materials and supplies with regards to reasonableness in terms specifications prices availability etc.04. Sees to the implementation of and conducts spot checks on control procedures affecting receiving storing issuing costing portion control and forecasting as established by the hotel.05. Checks all end of the month closing procedures.06. Coordinates with food and beverage and other departments involved in matters affecting cost reduction and control and systems and procedures for control of items.07. Finalizes reviews and analyses cost reports for Finance Manager 08. Reports discrepancies and irregularities concerning supplies to Finance Manager and recommend action to be taken.09. Coordinates with food and beverage manager on costing of banquets special events etc. 10. Performs duties related as may be assigned. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
