Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident male Social Media Content Manager to join our team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media content to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members, influencers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain a structured content calendar, planning and scheduling engaging posts across social media platforms.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with online employees and assistants to ensure a seamless workflow and consistent content delivery.

• Community Management: Monitor social media pages and groups, respond to comments and messages promptly, and drive audience engagement.

• Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp with professionalism and efficiency.

• Collaboration: Work with influencers, models, and content creators to produce compelling content and foster partnerships.

• Market & Trend Research: Research trending topics, content ideas, and identify high-potential products to inform content strategy.

• Performance Tracking: Analyze post engagement metrics and prepare basic reports with actionable suggestions for improvement.

• Basic Video Editing: Edit short videos and reels using tools like CapCut or similar software.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).

• Confident, extroverted, and proactive personality (introverts may not be suitable for this role).

• Experience managing social media accounts (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and group/page management.

• Basic video editing skills, preferably with CapCut.

• Ability to collaborate professionally with team members, influencers, and models.
