• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Only Male

• Proven experience in a management role with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
• Excellent performance with computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Basic skills in photo and video editing.
• A strong business growth mindset with the ability to adapt and drive change.

• Manage and supervise staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of quality.

• Develop and implement business strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Handle staffing requirements, including training, evaluation, and discipline.

• Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining, and motivating top-quality employees.

• Oversee content management to ensure high standards of communication and brand consistency.
