Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Duty Hours: 9 AM to 9 PM Salary: Negotiable based on experience Office Location: Eastern Housing, Pallabi, Mirpur, Dhaka 1216Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the ecommerce business- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers- Analyze sales data to improve performance- Plan and create engaging content for social media- Perform basic video editing using tools like CapCut for product videos and ads- Develop and propose creative marketing ideas to boost brand visibility and sales- Assist the team with product packaging and coordinating with courier services for timely dispatch- Support the team in handling product returns, including reprocessing with ironing and placing back into inventoryRequirements:- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in any relevant field- Experience in ecommerce or online sales- Strong organizational and communication skills- Basic video editing skills (proficiency with CapCut or similar tools)- Ability to plan and execute content strategies for social media- Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas to attract customers- Ability to work independently and solve problems
