Yarn Dyeing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement production plans to meet the production targets and quality standards.
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure efficient utilization of resources and machinery.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that dyed yarns meet the specified color and quality standards.
∎ Address any quality issues promptly and make necessary improvements.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including machine operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel.
∎ Foster a positive and safe working environment for the team.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
∎ Introduce new technologies or methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Oversee inventory levels of dyed yarn and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
∎ Ensure accurate tracking of raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Develop and manage the department's budget, including cost control and cost reduction initiatives.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards in the dyeing process.
∎ Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer requirements and resolve any production or quality issues.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management on production progress, quality control, and key performance indicators.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure work environment, implementing safety procedures and guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
