Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSc. in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, Monitor, oversee, and ensure the overall functions of the Knitting and dyeing units as technical head of the factory.
∎ Knitting Programming, Design Formation, Yarn Selection, Dia Selection. Expert in developing any knitted design. Expert in using modern Yarns like Polyester Blended, Special Yarns, Decorative Yarns, Technical Yarns etc. Ensure maximum Production with 100% Quality achievement. Quality at the source is my Belief.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the execution from planning to on-time delivery for each and every order by maintaining the highest degree of quality.
∎ Proper understanding of buyers' fabric requirements and delivery of them within the time frame as per T&A.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric dyeing process is going on by following SOPs and by maintaining good quality.
∎ Direct monitoring of the Dyeing Batch Plan
∎ Cross-check the Final Dye Shed and give approval.
∎ Directly Supervise the Final QC and give approval to any batch after ensuring quality.
∎ Supervise Lab Functionality, Testing Results, Approvals etc.
∎ Increasing Efficiency, Productivity, maximum utilization of Man, Machine & Time, Optimizing Material, Modification of machine, Automation, Proper Administration and supervision, Building up a Fruitful Team, etc.
∎ Develop new Samples using new ideas, innovation, new technology, new materials, etc.
∎ Establishing SOP in each and every operation.
∎ To be responsible for bringing Work Orders for financial support to run the units.
