Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering, Production, Technical knowhow of garments must be required
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Context:
∎ Candidate must have the technical knowledge and practical work experience in order to run and lead a 90 lines Lingerie manufacturing facility
∎ Candidate must have knowledge on product, fabric, machines involved, plant layout, plant design, maximum utilization of machine and manpower through his technical and production engineering skills.
∎ Thorough knowledge on machines, facilities of vertical setup of Lingerie industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist on Technical decisions on all types Lingerie, Intimate wear, Swimwear, Activewear garments
∎ Assist on Product development
∎ Process Development of manufacturing
∎ Lean Manufacturing Implementation
∎ All the jobs of IE, Production Engineering, Productivity improvement
∎ Sewing Lines, Machine Line utilization to get maximum output
∎ All types of technical works of Lingerie production
∎ Handle the team of the technicians and collaborate with Production, Merchandising team
∎ Machine Layout design
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in Sri Lanka or Indian Lingerie, Activewear factory would be additional advantage.
∎ Working experience with ERP or SAP, software for intiamtes
Salary: Negotiable
