Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and updating people requirements as per business needs.
∎ Planning Recruitment activities based on seasonal forecasts.
∎ Job Advertising and collecting relevant pool for vacant positions.
∎ Assessment of candidates.
∎ Ensuring quality of hires through professional checks.
∎ Salary fixing and negotiating.
∎ Communicating candidates for assessment and/or regret letters.
∎ Employer branding.
∎ Process improvement & Automation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Leadership experience in HR role for at least five years.
∎ Related professional certification is preferred.
∎ Must possess solid ethical standards.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill & Negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to lead and perform under stress & Multitasking skill.
∎ Recruitment and Selection experience in an Organization having at least 500 employees is preferred but not mandatory.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act.
