Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate in Retail Management/MBA (Retail Management)/Master's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
∎ CA cc or Partly qualified CA/ ACCA/ CMA will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, ERP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Inventory management, Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee inventory and supply chain management, design and manage inventory control/management policies and procedures according to company guidelines
∎ Review, chose and execute warehouse management system solutions for all locations.
∎ Establish measured daily, weekly and monthly KPIs though reports.
∎ Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock.
∎ Meet company standards on accounting requirements.
∎ Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
∎ Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all paperwork, preparing and submitting reports, and monitoring.
∎ Design, execute and monitor engineering inventory management process.
∎ Audit on inventory by coordinating with external and internal teams.
∎ Meet company inventory needs by ensuring sufficiency of systems and coordinating with ERP teams.
∎ Hire, train, develop and supervise staff, Provide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
∎ Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, slow-moving and non-moving inventory etc.
∎ Ensure a safe working environment
∎ Make recommendations about improvements in inventory life cycle
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years' experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures
∎ 3+ years' supervisory and leadership experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Store and Inventory of Textile, Garments, Group of Companies.
∎ Able to multi-task and work independently
∎ Solid knowledge of data analysis and experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
∎ Excellent communication and leadership abilities
∎ Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
∎ Familiarity with ERP/Tally or another customized inventory software
