Job Responsibilities:
∎ To direct and administer smooth execution of entire group store/warehouse function as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
∎ Monitoring and controlling of receive, issue, consumption & wastage of raw materials, packing materials of manufacturing facilities of the factory in ERP & SAP.
∎ Ensure adequate supply of the required items maintain Safety Stock, Lead Time, ROL, EOQ, ETA date to meet customers demand and production operation with minimum interruption.
∎ Maintain Buyer, Style, Order, Size and Color wise, details Fabrics and Accessories inventory report which mention required, received, Issued and shortage or excess materials details.
∎ Maintain close liaison with merchandising, production, maintenance, engineering team to ensure that scheduled materials are available as per requirements.
∎ Plan, develop and implement all over Material control activities regarding Central Warehouse, Accessories store, Fabrics, Chemicals, Spare parts and Leftover/wastage store.
∎ Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance of store activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy.
∎ Take necessary steps for physical inventory of stock materials when required.
∎ Verify the stock balance with physical balance (ledger vs physical) of every store including sub-store surprisingly.
∎ Prepare monthly leftover re used status and proposed to merchandiser for old stock for re use.
∎ Prepare monthly demand of procurement for general and consumable materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent should have knowledge on ERP and SAP
