∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a Denim Manufacturer unit/Buying house/Clothing/Fashion Brand;
∎ Must be fluent in spoken & written English;

∎ Preparing a daily sample production plan/ report and sharing it to everyone;
∎ Mailing check and take action with buyer and concern merchandiser on all kinds of technical issues;
∎ Supporting the technical issue discussion in the regular activities of the department as per customer update quality guidelines;
∎ Monitoring the production report daily/monthly and preparing a report for the relevant department;
∎ All kinds of fitting sample review and monitoring of fit, measurements, and workmanship according to the customer requirements to avoid any missing;
∎ Attend the PP meeting or other meeting or seminar on time with the buyer and supplier at the factory or an alternate location as per requirement;
∎ Plan and arrange budget meeting with department of internal necessary budget;
∎ Prepare a sample fitting report, check fitting by dummy with measurements as per requirements, and provide it to the buyer by PLM (Buyer C&A);
∎ Keep track of all reports, documents, and discussions with the concerned parties;
∎ Follow up the needle points also given the decision at on spot area;
∎ Communicating with the merchant team, the buying technician, and the washing team to ensure that the quality speed runs well;
∎ Report on productivity, materials used and inventory;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans;
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC;
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site;
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
