Job Context:
∎ Must have communication capabilities with overseas offices to develop design and costing as per given specification and costing guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly dealing with Sales Offices and Customers on all kind of product developments.
∎ Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
∎ Work with overseas Product Development and senior Management for process improvement, reduce work duplication & minimize construction standard.
∎ Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on time
∎ Achieve further speed to market requirement, improve lead times and ability to make smarter decision.
∎ Fabric Management including working with mill / status checking and all related to fabric/ new fabric development, and learning and development arrangement.
∎ Documentation work, including checking BOM/Tec pack/Pattern/MC arrangement/pre-check form/stickers/Printing list/SAM Calculation.
∎ Material price update for Fabric & Trims.
∎ Cost sheet creation for individual Buyers.

Salary:
