Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a GM/DGM-level Sales executive to shape our sales organization (Mobile Division) and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting overall sales strategy for achieving iPhone and Nokia national sales target .
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to lead the strategic marketing initiatives of iPhone and Nokia sales independently to deliver differentiated brand experience to our customers. He will identify sustainable business opportunities, target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across Bangladesh through leveraging the maximum potential of Zonal Managers and Area Sales Managers. The role will also look after to engage and energize internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Sales Team to implement sales strategies.
∎ Short & long term planning (Monthly & Quarterly) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
∎ Ensure mobile market share / leadership in his area.
∎ Train & coach his team on product, special scheme, reporting activity, proper customer handling techniques, increasing selling skills and so forth.
∎ Arrange weekly and monthly meeting with his team.
∎ Follow-up TPP claim, KPI, sales team incentive, DOA status regularly.
∎ Analyse daily, weekly & monthly report and take corrective measures to achieve the team goal.
∎ Communicate to the NSM about daily lifting plan (val & Vol) as per asking rate.
∎ To organize and coordinate logistic supports.
∎ Required proven consultative sales ability and qualitative analytical skills & relevant computer skills
∎ To constantly explore new avenues for the development of business and for the improvement of business operation in the region.
∎ Setting objective and sales target in collaboration with other team members.
∎ Collaborate and develop strong relationships with local and international strategic solution partners to deliver compelling value for customers and company
∎ Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle including BTL, print, digital, and social media
∎ Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
∎ Plan and manage contents and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support
∎ Assemble customer insights, trends to increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
∎ Identify efficacy of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
∎ Support distribution and other company led initiatives to deliver business results
∎ Develop strong relationships and build credibility amongst peers and across the enterprise
∎ Develop creative briefs and guide creative agencies to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
∎ Manage off and online contents and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
∎ Ensure legal compliance of the planned activities
∎ Identify growth opportunities of device market (potential markets, customers, new products/ services) in existing geographies.
∎ Plan the product purchase based on the buying buckets - assess the depth and width of the carryover styles and top sellers.
∎ Formulate annual budgets/ plans for business across geographies in terms of sales, cash flows, profitability, costs, working capital etc.
∎ Provide direction to the Sales & marketing teams based on the initiatives by the international team and product plans. Devise and execute a marketing budget and marketing calendar for the entire year.
∎ Periodically review organizational structure and modify (if required) to effectively implement division's strategy and ensure staff motivation at highest levels possible.
∎ Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, buying and supply chain and provide guidance for key functional decisions.
∎ Analyze industry, competition and market trends
