- Minimum 3–12 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, digital marketing, and branding.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute strategies effectively.
- Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently inside and outside Bangladesh (if required).
- Experience in [ power technology, Dry cell & wet cell motorbike battery, manufacturing].
Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market reach.
- Oversee branding, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and product positioning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure proper pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to set pricing strategies and business development plans.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports to top management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention through service excellence.
