Responsibilities & Context:
১. ফ্যাক্টরির ওয়্যারিং স্থাপন, সরঞ্জাম সংযোগ এবং ওয়্যারিং ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য দায়ী থাকা;
২. স্বাধীনভাবে সাধারণ ওয়্যারিং, ইলেকট্রিক্যাল বক্স পরিদর্শন এবং সমস্যা সমাধান করতে সক্ষম হওয়া;
৩. ফ্যাক্টরির যন্ত্রপাতি ও সরঞ্জামের দৈনিক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং মেরামতের জন্য দায়ী থাকা;
৪. কারখানার উৎপাদন চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সাইটে বাস্তব সমস্যা সমাধানে সহযোগিতা করা;
৫. নতুন ফ্যাক্টরিতে সরঞ্জাম স্থাপন, চালু করা এবং স্থানান্তরে সহায়তা করা।
শুধু তাত্ত্বিকভাবে নয়, হাতে-কলমে কাজ করতে সক্ষম হওয়া;
6. পরিশ্রমী, দায়িত্বশীল এবং নির্দেশাবলী অনুসরণ করতে সক্ষম হওয়া;
7. স্বাধীনভাবে সাইটের সমস্যা সমাধান করতে সক্ষম হওয়া;
8. ইলেকট্রিক্যাল সার্কিট এবং মেকানিক্যাল মেরামতের জ্ঞানসম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে;
9. দীর্ঘমেয়াদী স্থিতিশীল চাকরিতে নিযুক্ত ব্যক্তিদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
