Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

5–10 years experience in media sales, especially in:

  • Lift/Transit Media, Billboards, Print + Digital combo sales
  • Top media agencies (Adfinix, Adeffi, Asiatic, Bitopi, Ogilvy, Mindshare, Mediacom etc.)
  • Leading newspapers/TV channels (Prothom Alo, Channel i, Ekattor TV, RTV, Jamuna TV etc.)
  • Media buying / Ad sales / Marketing departments in brands or media firms
  • Must have existing relationships with media buyers & brand teams
  • Proven portfolio of successful ad campaigns closed

Past designation may include:

GM, Associate Head, AGM, Senior Manager, Manager – Sales/Media

  • Proactive in client pitching & media planning
  • Strong in people management & team building
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines & high-performance KPIs

Responsibilities & Context:

Huixing Global Ltd. is Bangladesh’s first and only dedicated Elevator Advertisement Company . We specialize in premium ad placements inside elevators of commercial buildings, shopping malls, and residential complexes. Our aim is to reshape the OOH advertising experience with targeted, indoor visibility.

Important: We are currently focused only on Lift Board Advertisements.

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who can lead media sales and corporate ad acquisition for lift boards. You must have strong networks in the ad industry and proven experience in billboard, transit, print, or digital ad sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure ad campaigns from large brands for lift display boards
  • Build, train, and manage a results-driven sales & client acquisition team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with:

▸ Media buying teams of corporates

▸ Top ad agencies

▸ Marketing heads of FMCG, telcos, banks, lifestyle & retail brands

  • Pitch customized ad packages for indoor lift displays
  • Ensure monthly & quarterly sales target achievement
  • Provide strategic input to management for positioning Huixing as a leading indoor media solution
