Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Provide vision and direction for the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
∎ Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for business growth.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
∎ Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
∎ Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.
