Responsibilities & Context:
∎ An Automobile servicing company, Knight Rider Motors, is looking for a Smart, Enthusiastic and Dynamic Marketing and Sales Officer to keep up-to-date Portfolio records and oversee smooth communication with clients. The successful candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background, along with a proven track record of successfully handling clients. The ideal candidate should be a team player, enjoy working with a variety of clients. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment. Those looking for a long-term relationship will be given priority during the selection process.
∎ Provisional period 3-6 month.
∎ Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
∎ Scheduling meetings and interacting with clients over Phone and by visit.
∎ Convincing customers & feedback from clients.
∎ Following up and reporting to higher authority on daily basis.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and goals.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
∎ Manage a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new products and services.
∎ Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
∎ Committed to fulfill the given target.
∎ Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
∎ Taking inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information to the customers / prospects.
∎ Meet and/or exceed quotas.
∎ Any other tasks as directed by Higher Authority.
