Responsibilities & Context:
Job Overview: Krishibari Estates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in hotel or resort sales and strong connections with INGOs, NGOs, and the RMG sector to promote group bookings and full-house occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with INGOs, NGOs, corporate offices, and the RMG sector to promote stays, retreats, and events at the resort.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through corporate partnerships and travel agencies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to create attractive packages and promotions.
