Job Context:
∎ Good understanding of Automotive industry ecosystem and having a good Automotive network.
∎ Working knowledge of modern Automotive technologies and ability to bring in tech thought leadership
∎ Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environment
∎ Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment
∎ Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and lead the Sales of the organization and expand the network and customer portfolio to meet the company’s strategic growth targets
∎ Manage all current business activities to maximize long-term profitability and customer satisfaction
∎ Build and maintain positive distributor/dealer/customer relationships
∎ Identify pursuit opportunities and develop pursuit plans for each opportunity
∎ Lead/drive cross functional team for completion of pursuit plans
∎ Provide accurate new business forecast analysis to support budgeting, resource allocation, and capital planning activities
∎ Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
∎ Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to management team.
∎ Have sound understanding of industry new trends and have ability to convert this knowledge to business strategies. Monitor the day-to-day operations and team performance to keep well-informed with KPI achievement.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on product branding and practical experience Marketing campaign activities.
∎ Assist management for decision making for revenue expansion.

∎ Job Location: Dhaka but the candied shall have to positive attitude towards frequent travel across the country including Upazila and Thana level
