Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive Risk Management Framework.
∎ Oversee and mitigate Credit, Market and Operational risks.
∎ Continuously monitor risk exposure and ensure regulatory compliances.
∎ Provide strategic counsel to the Board and Senior Management on risk matters.
