• Ensure adequate credit risk mgmt. framework in retail segment across organization through development of credit policy manual, operational process guidelines and product program guideline etc. and ensure adherence to the same.

• To review and supervise all retail proposals (especially Auto, personal & Home Loan proposals) independently and objectively and provide opinion to ensure quality of credit.

• To conduct credit risk assessment of Auto Loan, personal loan, Home Loan and any other retail loan applications and provide opinion.

• Leadership role in consumer credit segment for Fast tracking the approval process by reducing the turn- around time

• Responsible for systematic gathering, analysis of market, industry, economic information related to credit risk in retail segment and communicating the same to relevant stakeholders. Further, analyze existing credit product portfolio and provide credit intelligence to business, sales and credit underwriters.

• Work closely with business units and involve in sales force training to reduce the processing time and declined file ratio.

• Attend & conduct training & giving feedback to all relevant concern.

• Ensure compliance as per internal policy framework.
