Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and sale Retail Asset Products in Non-Metro areas (Except Dhaka & Chattogram) through managing a sales force.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of Retail Assets (Affordable Home Loan, Auto and Personal Loan) under non-metro region.
∎ Supervise, monitor, and effectively manage sales force and measure their productivity & performance.
∎ Ensure team building, team development, motivation, and performance management of assigned team members.
∎ Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
∎ Ensure business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Leadership skills
∎ Sound Interpersonal skills
∎ Negotiation skill
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
